Yes. As part of our Signature Pieces, you can personalise your inflatable with names, initials, or short phrases. Enter your request at checkout or contact our concierge for special editions or large-format Pool Bars. We’ll take care of the rest.

All inflatables, including custom and Signature Pieces, are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 35 days for production and delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your item ships. Placing your 30% deposit secures your place in our limited seasonal batch, so your private resort arrives right on time.

Yes. Once your PoolBar is ready, your remaining balance is collected securely just before dispatch. You’ll then receive a tracking link to follow your sanctuary’s journey home.

Yes you may now secure your Pool Bar with a 30% deposit upfront using the Partial Payment toggle at checkout. The remaining 70% is securely invoiced via Shopify Payments when your Pool Bar is ready to ship. Klarna Pay is also available.

Store your Pool Bar Inflatable™ in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. Always clean and fully dry it before storing to preserve its quality.

To keep your inflatable in top condition, always inflate it on a soft, flat surface like grass or a protective base. Avoid dragging it across pool edges, tiles, or rough ground, and keep it away from sharp objects or abrasive surfaces. Gently stretch the material before use to reduce pressure on the seams. After each use, make sure it’s clean and completely dry before storing.

Can I add custom branding or names to my product?

We offer bespoke personalisation, including names or short phrases, as part of our Signature Pieces. You can input your details at checkout, or contact us directly for special requests.

We currently offer two signature sizes:

• 4-seater (approx. 1.8m x 1.8m)

• 6-seater (approx. 2.5m x 2.5m)

Need something bigger? No problem — we can produce custom sizes on request. Contact the concierge team and we’ll take care of everything.

Always inflate on soft/turfed areas rather than pool or sea edges. Avoid sharp objects and flotation friction against abrasive water; stretching before inflating on a protective base or soft ground is preferred.

Yes. Every inflatable is tested before dispatch and comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Wear, tear, or misuse is not covered. A repair kit is included with each order.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective and is reported immediately upon delivery. Your 30% deposit secures your build in our seasonal batch and is non-refundable once production begins.
